Journal of Educational Innovations and Practices (JEIP) is a fully open-access journal. Unlike hybrid journals that offer a mix of subscription and open access content, every article published in JEIP is immediately and permanently available to the public upon publication.
Open Access Model
JEIP operates under a strict Open Access policy, ensuring that:
- Immediate Availability: All published articles are free to read, download, and share for everyone immediately. There are no embargo periods.
- Global Accessibility: Researchers, educators, and policymakers from around the world can access the latest educational research without subscription barriers or paywalls.
2. Fees and Funding
No Publication Fees (Diamond Open Access)
JEIP is committed to democratizing knowledge and removing economic barriers to academic publishing. We operate under a Diamond Open Access model.
- No APCs: Authors are not required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC). The entire publication process—including peer review, editing, and archiving—is free of charge.
- No Submission Fees: There are no costs associated with submitting a manuscript for consideration.
Funding & Independence
JEIP is an independent academic initiative. To maintain complete editorial independence and scientific integrity:
- The journal does not receive financial support from any university, commercial publisher, or advertising revenue.
- It is sustained entirely by the voluntary contributions of the academic community and the Editorial Board.
3. Open Access & Licensing
JEIP articles are published under the standard Creative Commons licences to facilitate the legal sharing and reuse of content.
